Breast & Cervical Cancer Screening For Black Women

October 27, 2022
10:00 am - 6:00 pm

In Canada, Black* women have historically been under screened for breast and cervical cancers for reasons including barriers to access, fear, discomfort based on inadequate representation among healthcare providers and a lack of culturally appropriate models of care. Join us as we engage an Afrocentric and community-based approach to create a safe and welcoming space for Black* women in the Greater Toronto Area to get screened for breast and cervical cancer.
